Mikekel’s Media was founded during my time at Texas Southern University, born from a passion for storytelling and a deep awareness of the underrepresentation of Black women in sports reporting. As a multimedia journalist, I am driven by the belief that every story holds power, the power to challenge perceptions, inspire change, and create meaningful connections.
My philosophy is rooted in authenticity, representation, and impact. I believe in uncovering untold stories that resonate deeply with audiences while providing a platform for voices that are often overlooked.
